From 3 to 6 February 2026, Eurobois takes over Lyon Eurexpo, establishing itself as the leading meeting point for all players in the wood and interior fit-out industries. An emblematic showcase of expertise and innovation, the trade fair brings together professionals, specifiers, and designers to explore the major transformations shaping the sector.

At a time when wood and material diversity play a central role in spatial design, Eurobois stands out as a key observatory of emerging trends. “Once again this year, Eurobois confirms its role as a must-attend event for professionals in the wood and fit-out industries,” notes Alexandra Moncorgé, the fair’s newly appointed director. “More than ever, the diversity of materials is becoming a decisive factor in space design, responding to a market seeking sustainable, aesthetic, and high-quality solutions.”

The conference programme offers a cross-disciplinary perspective on today’s key challenges, addressing 2026 trends in wood-based fit-out, design, safety, prevention, and evolving uses. Faced with increasing environmental and regulatory requirements, the industry is stepping up innovation to reconcile performance, functionality, and responsibility. “Today’s industry players are delivering solutions that combine design, functionality, and regulatory compliance,” Alexandra Moncorgé continues, highlighting a sector in the midst of profound change.

Among the event’s highlights, the materials library emerges as a key space for exploration and forward-thinking. As a partner of the fair, FORMÆ magazine presents an exclusive co-curation in collaboration with designer-sculptor Cédric Breisacher. Through a curated selection of samples, solutions, and innovative materials, the installation offers a sensitive and critical reading of emerging trends and the challenges of material, ecological, and technological transitions. As a platform for reflection and the promotion of expertise, FORMÆ reaffirms its role as a bridge between design, the wood industry, and innovation.

Another major highlight, the Eurobois Awards, spotlight the most ambitious projects, while the Pitch sessions provide visibility to innovative approaches. Eurobois also places strong emphasis on careers and training, showcasing apprenticeship, work-study programmes, and professional retraining pathways.

“The fair will be an opportunity for professionals to exchange with experts and find partners capable of supporting all their fit-out projects,” concludes the director. More than an event, Eurobois 2026 is shaping up to be a true ideas laboratory, dedicated to imagining the future of wood.
